Like any other activity sport, there is always a risk. However if you observe all the safety regulations & follow all the Marshals' instructions then the worst that will happen will be a few bruises to show off the next day.
The short answer is: Yes It Stings! depending on the distance from which you are shot. Fortunately, it isn't as bad as one thinks, the easy answer is try not to get shot.
The arrival time for a days airsofting is 10:00 am please make sure that you arrive at 10:00 am prompt.
Players should wear comfortable clothing for the weather conditions, jogging bottoms, a long sleeved t-shirt/jumper and a pair of boots or old trainers. Gloves are available to buy at the centre, or you can bring your own thin pair. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional BB's, drinks & snacks.
Yes. As with any activity sport there are a number of safety rules, all of which will be explained to you in the Safety Briefing at the beginning of your days play.
Parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether their particular child is hardy, and mature enough to participate in this type of activity. Airsoft is not an overly strenuous activity but is played in a wooded environment. All of our games are supervised and all safety equipment is provided free of charge.
Anyone 11 years of age & in year 7 of secondary school or quivlent can play airsoft. You need to be basically fit and willing to have a good day out. (Please Note: 11 - 17 year olds require parental / guardian consent).
A cooked lunch is included in our airsoft package normally Sausage, Chips & Beans a vegetarian options is available. There is also a snack shop onsite where you can purchase chocolates, cold drinks & slush puppies.
No, alcohol is not permitted on site. Any players who have been drinking will be excluded from the games and asked to leave.
All players are required to complete a registration form before they begin play. Players under 18 years must have their form signed by an adult. Adult players can complete registration forms on arrival on the day.
Should you wish to play on a walkon date (see our dates page, here) there is no minimum. Should you wish a private game or to play on any other date, we require a minimum of 16 players to run an Airsoft event.
You can make your booking now for the players that you have confirmed. You can then add additional players onto your booking up until a few days before your event, provided we still have available space.
To avoid getting lost we suggest you make sure all drivers in your group print the directions from the website and have them to hand. Direction & POI downloads for satnavs are available here. The games go ahead regardless, in all weather conditions. All the game zones are outdoors, but there are sheltered areas in the base camp where you can go between games.
Our sessions run from 10:00am until approximately 4:00pm.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, credits can be carried forward and used for a future visit.
